What are the membership categories? How can I upgrade my membership?
There are three types of membership.Silver Member: You can achieve it by completing your profile including email, phone and ID verificationGold Member: You need to complete the online training and pass the test. Then complete your background check to become a gold member.Assistant/Caregiver: Once you are qualified by serving 50 or more hours and getting a 4+ rating out of five (5+) from the recruiters, you will have the option to transfer from volunteer to Assistant.If you want to serve as a volunteer, you have to skip this upgrade to be eligible for the service hour certification. After converting to assistant, you have 30 days to cancel.
What are the benefits of volunteering?
A volunteer can get certification for training participation and services provided through this app. Certificates can be downloaded whenever they want. Moreover, they can join the Best Volunteer Bootcamp.
Will I get certificates for my participation?
Yes. Furthermore, you can print it anytime, whenever you need it.
